About Simran Bhumra

Simran Bhumra received her BPT from Maharaja Sayajirao University, India, and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University, Boston. Most part of Simran’s clinical experience comes from working in NYC since Nov 2020 and has varied experiences evaluating and treating orthopedic, neuromuscular, acute, or chronic conditions in people of all age groups. She has worked with older adults residing in two luxury senior living facilities located in Manhattan and currently works at one of the newly opened offices of HANDS OF HOPE, in Brooklyn. Simran understands the importance of maintaining a positive and healthy mind, body, and soul, and believes that quality of movement is key to improving function and performance. In her free time, Simran enjoys trail hiking, kayaking, and gardening.
